Wine story of Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. area dates back to the Romans and later on, during the Serenissima, aristocratic people drinked Prosecco during their rich banquets.

The D.O.C.G. area is situated along the river Piave, in the hills of Collalto: two of them right in the municipal district of Susegana. The count Balbi Valier selected the best grapevines, so he gave birth to a particular noble and sweet-smelling wine.

Conegliano and Valdobbiadene’s landscape is covered by vineyards. We can admire them both in sweet hills in valley floor and, in the upper part of the area, holding themselves in more steep sides.
